UCO's performance venue is Mitchell Hall. Musical performances, celebrity guests, and Drama Dept. productions can be seen here. It is located at the far SW corner of the campus, near University Drive and 2nd St.
William looks like he is just waiting for someone to come interact with him. The bench itself is intricately designed with Shakespearean elements, which you can see in the photo gallery.
