 Description of Memorial: The memorial is a bronze tablet on a sandstone pedestal. It is located on the left of the walk leading to the Cherokee County Courthouse. On the right side of the walk is a memorial to the Confederate veterans from Cherokee County. We were geocaching when we found the memorial.
