Twin Lakes Park is a small 1.4 acre park with a lot of recreation facilities. In addition to a tennis court and basketball half-court, there is a children's playground with a pirate ship. There is a playful sculpture of an Otter Touching Its Tail. There are picnic tables and benches to relax on. There are two small grassy play areas.
The park is located on Seventh Avenue, right across from the Harbor Cafe.
