Estral Beach is a small town on the shores of Lake Erie with a population of 486.
Next to the park is the Village hall, and the fire department.
When visiting the monument, please park in the spots at the Village Hall parking lot.
There are no inscriptions to tell us who put up this marker, or when.
There is a large tank immediately behind the memorial. Look for it as a "Find Nearest Wayamarks" when I get it's type figured out.

This simple Pink Granite stone is surrounded with a garden, and has a tank behind it. A US Flag and POW flag fly in front of it.
