This landing pad is located across the street from the emergency room of the St. Mary-Corwin Medical center and also sits on the shore of Lake Minnequa in Pueblo, Colorado. The landing pad is located in an active parking lot and is fenced and lighted.

In November 2004, St. Mary-Corwin Flight For Life began serving the rural communities throughout southern Colorado, making the transfer of critically ill and injured patients much more time efficient. St. Mary-Corwin Flight For Life combines the rapid transportation, medical expertise and modern technology needed to make every minute count in an emergency.

the helicopter service is provided by Flight For Life. Every patient transported by Flight For Life is cared for by specially trained flight nurses who’s experience includes pre-hospital, emergency and intensive care, as well as extensive training in caring for critically ill patients in the airborne environment.
