This historic stone marker lies on the verge at the junction of Rockingham Hills with Glapthorn Road in Oundle.

'This spring is the property of the Oundle Board of Guardians
who have the right of entry for repairing it and the pipes which here lie in direct line with the bank near the ? 1840.'
