Cast by Jules Berchem, who became regarded as a master artisan in art bronze, of the American Art Bronze Company, Chicago. Sculpted by Charles J. Mulligan, is also known as "Lincoln, the Woodchopper" and was dedicated in 1911. Placed near Washington Blvd. & N. Central Park Ave. in Garfield Park on Chicago's west side.
