along I-81, north of Martinsburg, West virginia.
The memorial was placed by the Shenandoah Potomac District West
Virginia Garden Clubs, Inc. in cooperation with the West Virginia
Department of Transportation and West Virginia Nursery &
Landscape Association, Inc.
