This is the town Hall of the small North East Indiana town of Huntertown. Accordint to Wikipedia, it had a population of of just over 2100 in 2006. (visit link) There is a historical plague out front telling the history of the town and reads as follows:

Platted 1869
First called,"The Opening", a natural clearing in the forest, settled in 1837.
On the old Lima Plank Road connecting Howe (Lima) and Fort Wayne.
Home of the Perry Centre Seminary, founded 1856 band closed 1861 when th entire faculty and all the adult students enlisted in the Union Army.
