This is a busy welcome center on the way to the GSMNP from Pigeon Forge. It has a gift shop, vending machines, and restrooms.
Information about the park is available. The parking lot is hilly, so be careful if you are not used to hills.
This welcome center is located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is another welcome center in downtown Gatlinburg.

April - October 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
November - March 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
