In memory of Col. W.S. Statham, Col. M.Farrell, Col. J.R. Binford, and all members of the 15th Mississippi Regiment Infantry C.S.A.

Through their courage they won immortal victory and deathless fame. For to die nobly is the proudest glory of virtue.

To the noble men who fought neath the flag of the Stars and Bars and who were faithful unto the end.
