Long Description:
The Clifden Caves entrance is on the side of the road is very easily accessible. Administered by the Department of Conservation it is open for the public to walk through.
If you are travelling through New Zealand you can obtain proper spelunking from the information centre in Tuatapere, about 16 km south.
