Long Description:
Thanks to our minibrewery the town of Vyšší Brod has witnessed the
resumption of brewing after a break of 60years. The output of about
500hl a year ranks our minbrewery among the smallest in South
Bohemia. We apply a classical Czech technology where beer is
allowed to ferment in a special open facility without any attempts
at axpediting the process of maturing and storing. The beer is
brewed solely from natural materials, i.e. water, malt, hops and
brewing yeast, in scrict adherence to Reinheitsgebot, Act on beer
purity from 1516. The process results in beer of supreme quality,
non-filtered and non-pasteurized. That is why the beer maintains
substances benefical to health and its bitter components support
