At the intersection of Saskachewan Grid Roads 600 (North/South) and 709 (East/West) stands a concrete cairn which carries a plaque dedicated to the people who lived in the area and helped make it a vibrant community. As per the information on the plaque, the School District was established in 1889 and carried on until 1957.
Located in the RM of Moosomin #121, east and a bit north of Moosomin, SE 1/4 4-14-30 W1.
