Griffith Park is the largest park in Los Angeles. The park includes attractions like the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, LA Zoo and the Greek Theater. Griffith Park is a wilderness area with wild quail, rodents, foxes, coyotes, rattlesnakes, and deer and includes a bird sanctuary. Hikers are allowed to use the 53 mile network of trails. Open fires and smoking are not allowed on the trails.
