The Araheke Bush Walk in Taranaki takes about 40 minutes crossing the Waiwhakaiho River on the new suspension bridge.

The quiet Meeting of the Waters scenic reserve is just 3km south of New Plymouth and from here you access the Araheke track. The suspension footbridge crosses over the river along the top of a pipeline.
