The Marblehead Lighthouse Historical Society Museum is located in Marblehead Lighthouse State Park. In addition to the local history of the lighthouse and the Marblehead Peninsula, it contains displays of the history of the entire Great Lakes region. I found the room dedicated to the history of shipwrecks on the Great Lakes especially fascinating.
Admission is FREE, but the museum only has regular hours between Memorial day and Labor Day.
