This marker can only be found during "low water" conditions of Lake Travis. It is located on the North end of Sometimes Island off Windy Point. The name, Sometimes Island, is a parody of the islands appearance as the water level drops during drought conditions. The island is only "sometimes" apparent.

I stumbled upon this marker while checking a cache I had placed earlier. My cache (GC1HEGZ) is withing 400 feet of this marker, but is underwater. Scuba gear is required to locate my cache.
