William R. Larson, 1933-2006, was the founder of Round Table Pizza.
Bill Larson was born in 1933 and grew up in Palo Alto, California. In 1959, using his life saving of $1,800, he opened his first restaurant in Menlo Park, CA. His vision was to operate a place where families could go to relax, to experience a real sense of community, and to share a superb pizza. Bill called his little restaurant, Round Table. Today there are over 600 Round Table restaurants operating across the western United States.
This Round Table on Camden is owned by Nick Tehrani and Gilda Defaii. Gilda's parent's own the Round Table restaurants at Redmond Avenue and Almaden Expressway at Via Valiente Avenue in the Almaden Valley area of San Jose, California.
