The Southington Apple Harvest Festival is a family oriented community event spanning the first two weekends in October. The festival offers six days of spectacular fun, delicious food, crafts and live entertainment which showcases the organizations, groups and volunteers that make Southington a wonderful community to live in and visit. The Festival is located in the heart of Southington on the town green. Admission is free, Entertainment is free, and Parking is free!

The festival offers something for everyone to enjoy from eating apple fritters to listening to live music on the stage. The 1st weekend highlights the Parade on Sunday and the 2nd weekend is the 2 day Arts and Crafts fair. Our local merchants and food booths offer a wide variety of quality goods and tasty food. The children's play area and Carnival offer family fun. The Festival enables many fund raising opportunities for non profit local groups which appreciate your support and patronage. The Bed Race, Apple Fritter Eating and Pie Baking are a few examples of the contest type events that we urge you to participate in and have fun with us.
