This Library was built in 1904 with a grant of $50,000 from Andrew Carnegie. The library was opened in 1905 and is still in operation today. Right now it houses over 46,000 volumes as well as a special section on local history that I'll be using for future waymarks. The architect Albert Randolph Ross worked for a firm in NY, McKim, Mead and White, and created this building using the Beaux Arts style.
