Drive west on hwy 190 from Panamint Springs to the Darwin Falls Wilderness turnoff. Drive a couple miles on bumpy dirt road, park at kiosk. Walk half mile to end of wash for view of falls. Hikers told me there are more falls above you can reach by climbing rockface to left of falls as you face them.
