This lighthouse, located directly on the opposite side of harbor entrance in face of his older and more famous brother - Faro di Livorno, was built in 1857.

The lighthouse, flashing every 3 s (white or red depending on direction) is 20 m tall octagonal cylindrical is unpainted stone tower centered on a 2-story stone base. Located at the south end of the Diga Curvilinea, the curved breakwater protecting the harbor of Livorno. The lighthouse is accessible only by boat (the breakwater does not connect to shore). Site and tower are closed, but there are good views from the waterfront or from boat...
