Hardy trig 964m

Spectacular and unobstructed views of pretty much all of Canberra.

The top of the ridge line puts you in Namadgi national park. To the west of the range is the cotter valley and river. To the east is the pierces creek pine forest and the Paddys river district.

It is possible to drive to the base of this hill along the forestry road called Old Pipe line road. At the large set of gates follow (on foot) the fire trail that makes its way around the back and up onto Hardy range. It is approximately 2 KMs up.
