 The first Carnegie Library completed in Oklahoma is located in historic Guthrie,OK. Oklahoma City received it's Carnegie grant first but didn't complete the construction till 1907. Today it is part of the Oklahoma Territorial Museum. The first Oklahoma State Flag was made at the library.
