Buddha's Body Art was established in 1966 by "Buddha" Ferguson. His son Rob took over in December of 1992 when Buddha passed. The shop has move locations slightly over the decades and is no located at 2757 West 12th Street in Erie, PA. They currently have five artists including Rob, his mother, and his nephew. Several of the artist do piercing as well. They also have another employee that is strictly a piercer. You can also find some of the Buddha's gang annually at the Sturgis Rally. Rob run's a Buddha's Tattoo and Peicing Parlor during the Event. On a related note, Rob introduced me to my wife at the tattoo shop 15 years ago. We also got married there. He was our best man and his mom was our Matrom on Honor. Rob was tattooing a large bear on someones upper arm when we stopped in today.
