Found this front end loader with Hy-Rail wheels on the maintenance yard of the Aberdeen & Rockfish RR in Aberdeen, NC. It has a hook attachment on the front end were a bucket might be normally seen.

The Aberdeen & Rockfish Railroad operated out its terminal at 101 E. Main Street in Aberdeen, NC. Maintenance shops are located approximately 2 blocks northeast on Fayetteville Street. One can see various rail cars, vehicles, and supplies for railroad repair/maintenance.
