It's Tops Coffee Shop has been in business since 1935, but I don't know how long Zippy has been a patron. Inside, there's old-time booth and counter seating with jukeboxes playing 50's rock music. The San Francisco Focus rates their burgers as the best and the Bay Guardian paper say they have the best eggs and pancakes.
