The coordinates are on the weather post on the Zrinjevac square in the Zagreb, Croatia. The weather post was built in 1884. Seems that there is an error in longitude coordinates. It says 53', and it should be 58'.

The coordinates on the weather post are far off my reading. The difference is especially high in longitude coordinate.
