The U.S. Coastal & Geooetic Survey is found in Fort Wilkins MI State Park is stamped Mean Elevation above sea level 68? It is near the corner of one of the barracks in sight of the fort Brig.
The marker is rather worn and hard to read some detail.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1934 1 MI E FROM COPPER HARBOR. 1 MILE EAST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 41 FROM COPPER HARBOR, KEWEENAW COUNTY, AT FORT WILKINS, 250 FEET SOUTH OF THE GATE ENTRANCE, 3 FEET WEST OF AND 4 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH END OF THE MIDDLE BARRACK BUILDING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE COURT, AND 20 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF A DRIVEWAY. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED K 66 1934 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST.

RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1996 (GAS) 2.0 KM (1.25 MI) EASTERLY ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 41 FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 26 IN COPPER HARBOR, THENCE 0.1 KM (0.05 MI) SOUTHERLY ALONG A GRAVELED ROAD, THENCE 50 M (164.0 FT) EAST ALONG A PATH, 31.6 M (103.7 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE EAST END OF A BRIDGE, 1.6 M (5.2 FT) SOUTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF A BUILDING, AND THE MONUMENT IS FLUSH WITH THE GROUND SURFACE. NOTE--THE DISK HAS BEEN SCRAPED AND ALL THAT REMAINS OF THE ORIGINAL STAMPING IS AS ABOVE.
