Benchmark is located along tracks, just over bridge from Riverside WA
in Okanogan County, information is correct in the NGS datasheet TPO627
I first found the BM on the Topo map, there are lots more BMs in this area.
There is a witness post by the benchmark. Benchmark is set in concrete not far from the tracks. To locate, walk from where tracks cross the road from Riverside, north along the tracks. the witness post is very obvious.
Just past the benchmark is a private residence, is this a former railway station?
