Altitude 1140m :: This boat is left high and dry after years of drought. When I saw it it was at anchor but over a kilometre from anything remotely damp. Have a look at the coords using Google Maps. The boat is clearly visible.

Eucumbene Dam when full has a volume nine times greater then Sydney Harbour. After several years of drought Eucumbene Dam is getting very low. The nearby town of Old Adaminaby that was flooded after the construction of the dam has popped back above the surface.

Yens Bay was a recreational reserve for water skiers and yachties. They have all left - bar one.

The wave action has stripped the hillsides of all light soil and deposited it in the valleys. As such do not try to drive to the boat - you will get bogged.
