This memorial is located in a courtyard in front of the Mason County Clerk's Office. It is accompanied by a cannon. The memorial was dedicated by General George S. Patton.

Description of Memorial: This memorial is outside of the County Clerks Office in Downtown Maysville. There are several historical markers and plaques nearby. It is a peaceful spot in town. Patton Street is near the monument.
