Built in the 20's and completed in 1927, this might be one of the few solid buildings, with deep caverns beneath, capable of surviving nuclear fall out, at least for a few moments anyway. I had to estimate the number of people which can be safely tucked away under the Annex. The guards there were not in a talkative mood.

Capacity of shelter: 500
