The Mountain Sanctuary Park is situated just more than an hours drive from Johannesburg, on the Magaliesberg Mountains. There are many things to explore in the area and the park offers some amazing hikes through the unusual rock features in the reserve. One can swim in the crystal clear waters nearby and even drink the water as it is so clean.
Prices for camping and caravaning as from Aug 2009:
Choose from a variety of camp-sites in the rest-camp area, either with or without power.
No camping is permitted outside the rest-camp area. Weekends, school holidays and public-holidays:
Where electricity is required a daily levy of R10.00 is charged.
