This bench is located along the breezy street of Asbury in the Ocean City Historic District. It sits in front of a little restaurant called Jon and Patty's, located at 637 Asbury Avenue. Outside is cafe-style seating which makes the scene complete.

The bench sits a foot or so from the curb, its back to the street. It is made of wood with the dedication plaque in the top slat, centered. It reads:

"The Roar of the Ocean
and the Roll of the Yahtzee
Paul N. Turner 1928-2004
