The Guilford Bridge is 104' in length, or 119 feet including the 7-foot overhang at each end, with a portal clearance 17 feet 9 inches wide by 11 feet 6 inches high. It was built in 1879 by Archibald M. Kennedy & Sons, and in 1960 it was moved from its original location in 1960 to a roadside location off of IN 1. It was arsoned in 1988 and all that was left was a shell. The bridge was rebuilt and the area around it was developed into a park. Restoration was completed in 1997 by L. L. Brown Co., and the Amos Schwartz Co. The renovations included a sprinkler system.
