I lived in Rochelle Park until I was 10 years old. Our house was on Catherine Street, just around the corner from here, and usually our family activities and excursions took us right past here...so, my parents had to put up with us 3 kids in the car begging for DQ, and the closer we were, the louder we got! So, we often stopped here, (when we had been 'good') and I quickly developed a love for DQ vanilla soft-serve...and it's still great, 35 years later. Another memory was of the nearby McD's, where we would eat in the car while we watched the commuter trains zip by.
