Just past Stage Road on Hwy 70 in Bartlett, Tn is the final resting place of Emma & James Blackwell. It is in front of the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home.

Emma & James Baldwin's tombstone stands on the grounds of the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home. It is just past the intersection of Stage Road and U.S. Hwy 70 in Bartlett, Tn. There are no other graves in the area.

On top of the gravestone curves it has "Mother" & "Father" respectively.

A search of Shelby County archives revealed their marriage license application dated December 6, 1871. They are listed as James B. Baldwin and Emma H. Williams.
Another search found a record of them selling land on October 26, 1874 to Annie and Ed Mather.
