It is located 500ft inside gate 2 of the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Forest Hill Irene Road in Memphis. It is a simple walkway line with hedges to a stone block with a flagpole.
The inscription reads:
In memory of the citizens of Shelby County who gave their lives for ther country in the Viet Nam War.
As you start to walk up the walkway, if you glance to the right over the side of the hedge there is a plaque on a short pole honoring the 1st Marine Division.
The plaque reads:
Dedicated to those men of the First Marine Division, FMF who gave their lives in the service of their country
