The plaque reads as follows;
'Priory Terrace
Threatened with total destruction 1970
The Georgian terrace Nos 22 to 48 Bromham Road built 1832
saved by the action of the Bedford Society 1972.

Restored by Kingsbury Securities Bedford Ltd 1973 - 74
the new wing along Hassett Street erected 1974 - 75.

This plaque unveiled by Michael Barratt on 13th June 1975.
