The buildings at Frunzenskaya naberezhnaya were used as headquarters of Soviet artillery during WW II. I was walking around after finding the nearby cache and noticed two nice waymarkable howitzers in front of a large building with no signs. After some googling of the address it looks like this is one of Russian Ministry of Defence buildings.
