Long Description:
One of the few true hairpin turns in the US, this location is adjacent to the Golden Eagle Restaurant. From the safety of the parking lot, you can enjoy the view. Don't be standing in the middle of the road, okay?
In the lot, there is a couple of those coin-operated binoculars. From these two sets you can get a closer view of downtown North Adams, the Green Mountains in Vermont, Stamford Lake, VT., Windsor Lake, VT., Mount Greylock, and the Taconic Range in New York
