Arlington Hall was completed in 1939 by the WPA at a cost of 30,000. The house is an accurate replica of Robert E Lee's house in Arlington, Virginia. The book "The WPA Dallas Guide and History," describes the house as "a two story structure of yellow brick with a portico of massive white columns extending across the main facade."
