Built c1865 by an unknown builder, closed to traffic in 1987 due to deterioration and the need for extensive repairs.
Over a two-year period (2007-2009), dismantled and completely rebuilt by bridge restoration specialists Blow & Cote. The new bridge contains some of the original structural members, but is mostly new material.
Now reopened (somewhat to the chagrin of neighbors, who had been enjoying the peace and quiet of a dead end road all those years).
