Memorial honoring the veterans from Yellowstone County from the Spanish American War through Vietnam. The red granite memorial has a main memorial monument and four stone panels listing the names of veterans who lost their lives in various wars. Along with the stone panels there is a bell in front of the memorial.

In proud memory, we pay homage to those who gave above and beyond the call of duty, and in doing so we call forth those names from out of the annals of yesteryear to this fitting place to be ever remembered of the contribution to our community, state and nation. - Grateful Citizenry of Yellowstone County

 Description of Memorial: A total of five red granite monument, four listing the names of veterans. The monument is the grounds of the Yellowstone County Courthouse and is adjacent to the Montana Purple Heart Memorial.
