The Dragonfly is a tribute to nature, by artist Andrew Hillo. Erected in 1998, this has grown to become a symbol of the town. Of course, it is very important to realize that the dragonfly will eat its own weight in mosquitos each and every day, a very important feature in this part of the country. The sculture is made from wood and various metals.
