Located about 20 feet into the sewer directly underneath UCI, some local artists painted a Homer Simpson. He has a similar yellow color and similar eyes and hair.

If you are the truly adventurous type than you might see him on your way to the "Swallowed by Darkness" cache series that is in this sewer.
