This welcome sign marks the northern most boundary of this small Camden County town. It sits on the south side of Rt 30 (White Horse Pike) in a small clearing of shrubs and low lying green stuff.

There is no information as to why this particular slogan was chosen however one could speculate this mostly rural town is in the middle of development and improving its small-town image.
