This is a 16' tall pair of sculptures commissioned by the City of Rochester in 1983. The shapes are fluid and dynamic and, for some, may evoke the grace and elegance of a pair of dancers, like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. quote:
"The sculptures are large scale greetings at the entrance for the Metro Center District. The strong contrast between their side and front profiles provide changing visual experiences as you walk or drive around the corner. While they're not representational, they mediate between the scale of people and the scale of the surrounding buildings."
